We accept a range of plans. Because cost varies by therapist and plan, tell us your insurance when you reach out and we'll verify your benefits before your first session, no surprise pricing.
Good to know - our policies
Winter Weather Policy
Our policy during inclement weather does not align with the decisions of the Public Schools. If the public schools announces a closure due to snow or ice, some of our providers and support staff may not be available. However, it will ultimately be up to your provider to decide whether your session can proceed as scheduled. Should you have an appointment on that day, assume that your appointment is still scheduled unless we notify you otherwise.
Insurance Coverage
Archway Counseling is in network with most insurance providers, and your coverage depends on your specific plan.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
