Tiffany provides a non-judgmental space where she assists clients in finding their potential by focusing on their past successes to develop a positive self-concept and sense of self. She has experience working with clients 18 years and older taking a strengths-based, person-centered, approach that incorporates self-compassion and curiosity in her clinical care.

Meet Tiffany

Payton’s goal is to utilize a holistic approach by fully understanding the individuals' background, personality, experiences, interests, strengths, and weaknesses. Her background in social work has provided her with the necessary skills to work with mental health areas such as grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes.

Michelle’s approach is deeply empathetic and client-driven, with a strong emphasis on honoring neurodiversity. She combines person-centered principles with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt, and narrative therapy, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

Michaella has a passion for supporting people in developing positive coping skills to regulate emotions, address mental health issues, and helping to navigate an empowering life. ​She uses a variety of clinical interventions including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy.

Meet Michaella

Shae prioritizes the therapeutic relationship by focusing on building trust through empathy and validation, utilizing the therapeutic environment to practice boundary-setting, role modeling, and exploring relational patterns. Shae combines Cognitive Behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to aid clients in understanding how to effectively cope with current and historical stressors.

Meet Shae

Matthew believes that counseling is a journey of exploration, sometimes asking ourselves big questions about meaning, purpose, and fulfillment and sometimes figuring out how to take the next single step forward when life or misfortune leaves us feeling powerless and stuck. He works with adults (18+) and considers every person equally worthy of help as they labor to build a more rewarding life.

Meet Matthew

Petrina is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the states of California, Iowa, and Colorado. Dr. Leitz has over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. As a clinician, she values the importance of the relationship and humor in the therapeutic process.

Abby meets her clients where they are in their healing journey to help them develop coping strategies as they explore their past, navigate the present, and move toward a more fulfilling future. She employs a variety of therapeutic techniques that fit the client’s needs while utilizing their strengths and supports. Additionally, Abby offers counseling from a Christian-based perspective when requested.

Melissa’s primary focus for treatment is Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has extensive knowledge in the field of Development Disabilities and has spent the last twenty years working directly with this population. Melissa takes a person-centered approach to help tailor services to each individual's unique needs and capabilities.

Our assessments provide expert recommendations for treatment planning, services, and accommodations

We offer engaging and informative presentations on mental health topics to empower communities, organizations, and individuals with tools for well-being and understanding.
